Resident Charging Interface

How It Works

Residents can be looked up by name, account number, or apartment number. When looking up a resident an image of them may be displayed so that the POS operator can confirm their identity. When a resident is selected the display will also include any dietary restrictions or preferences to best serve the resident. By connecting the resident account to the POS meals can be charged to the account and any comps or credits can be applied.

This system tracks resident activity and stores it in a database for admin viewing. Admins have the ability to change the number of meals residents have comped.
