Possibly the biggest trend in the hospitality industry in 2022 is going paperless. On the Mark Solutions (OTMS) provides a digital receipt interface for Simphony POS systems.

On the Mark Solutions (OTMS) & Agilysys recently designed, developed, and deployed a new Agilysys PMS interface from Oracle Hospitality Simphony at its first pilot location.

An annual professional sporting event required a custom solution to track the meal allowances for the staff this year. On the Mark Solutions (OTMS) built a system that allowed for tracking and control of event staff meal allowances throughout the event.

Cooper’s Hawk has one of the largest wine club memberships in the country with members receiving a monthly bottle and many perks in their restaurants with over 45 locations in 9 states. OTMS worked with Cooper’s Hawk to develop the POS integration to their custom loyalty program.

On the Mark Solutions (OTMS) partnered with the client on an internally developed player tracking and loyalty management system to be installed across many locations managed by a large casino operator.

11 Miami is a luxury nightclub located in downtown Miami, Florida. On the Mark Solutions (OTMS) has been working with 11 Miami on a custom minimum check feature for their club.

This is going to be a long post... I'm a software developer/consultant who works too much, exercises too little and loves good food, wine and rum cocktails.
