We have been working hard on a variety of new development projects here at OTMS. In the new year you can expect some big things including new interfaces, some with new customer facing features and some to improve internal processes; more upgrades to some of our most widely used existing interfaces; and more custom projects. While we can’t share every detail quite yet, here is a sneak peak of what will be available to you in Q1 2024. 

On the Mark Solutions (OTMS) developed an Oracle Simphony interface to give Simphony systems the ability to have a single archive each day of journals from all POS workstations. This task is something that was standard procedure on many older POS products.

The OTMS casino management interface for CasinoTrac is the latest release of our casino management interfaces. With the CasinoTrac Simphony interface there are custom prompts for each operation in our interface making the screen more visually appealing and functional.

Possibly the biggest trend in the hospitality industry in 2022 is going paperless. On the Mark Solutions (OTMS) provides a digital receipt interface for Simphony POS systems.
