The OTMS Konami Synkros Interface connects your Konami casino management system to your Oracle Simphony POS system.

The OTMS IGT API Interface for Simphony is an interface used to connect your IGT casino management system to your Oracle Simphony POS system. The OTMS Interface allows for player lookup for comp redemption right on the pay screen of the POS station.

On the Mark Solutions (OTMS) worked with Agilysys to develop a Simphony interface for their property management system, Stay. This interface supports multiple account postings and revenue breakdowns

The OTMS casino management interface for CasinoTrac is the latest release of our casino management interfaces. With the CasinoTrac Simphony interface there are custom prompts for each operation in our interface making the screen more visually appealing and functional.

On the Mark Solutions (OTMS) worked with a Large multi-location casino operator to improve their IGT Player Management interface operations for their leased food and beverage locations. The web API interface lowers IT infrastructure cost and simplifies adding new locations as well as maintenance and support.

‘Tis the season for chocolate! Lindt Chocolatiers, known for their popular chocolate truffles that can be found at many retail stores, needed a new loyalty system interface to replace a legacy system that was no longer supported by the previous vendor. On the Mark Solutions (OTMS) worked with a new provider, Customer Portfolios, to develop the API that allowed OTMS to develop a replacement interface that provided the same operator experience as the previous version.

On the Mark Solutions (OTMS) started the month with lots of prep for the Global Gaming Exposition(G2E) out in Las Vegas, NV where we connected with many partners and customers. Many of our projects going live this month were also within the gaming industry with 3 different casino management interfaces being installed at 4 different casinos.

Cooper’s Hawk has one of the largest wine club memberships in the country with members receiving a monthly bottle and many perks in their restaurants with over 45 locations in 9 states. OTMS worked with Cooper’s Hawk to develop the POS integration to their custom loyalty program.
