OTMS supports Giving Tuesday

During the holiday season we ask each member of our team to name a charity important to them for us to donate to for Giving Tuesday. Giving Tuesday is a movement promoting charitable donations the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. In 2023, we were able to give to 9 different organizations that serve groups in need all over the world.

OTMS recently developed a new interface to allow posting cash and credit charges from an Opera property management system to be reflected as points earned in the patron’s IGT player account. This interface, known as OTMS Opera Custom Awards, will be extremely useful in many casino resorts using Oracle’s Opera PMS and the IGT player management system.

On the Mark Solutions (OTMS) has designed a custom interface  to be used at the California State University Long Beach for employee discounts on their Simphony POS system. The university was looking for a solution that would allow them to easily manage food and beverage discounts for their hundreds of employees receiving meal comps.

Mark Tutt, our President and Chief Software Architect, started On the Mark Solutions in 2004 after 7 years of working at Micros Systems as a Senior Software Engineer. Mark wrote a large portion of the custom solutions that Micros sold during his time there. Prior to his work as a software engineer, Mark worked various jobs in the hospitality industry.

OTMS has assisted Ruth’s Chris with a variety of Simphony integrations over the years. We recently installed our OTMS Agilysys LMS interface in new locations in North Carolina and Louisiana. We also installed our OTMS Aristocrat nConnect interface in a new Ruth's Chris location at a casino in Michigan.
