The OTMS Future Orders Interface for Simphony was developed to improve the out of the box Simphony functionality related to Advanced Orders and Deposits, allowing operators to keep track of and pay for orders that will occur in the future and provide reporting functionality for back of house to fulfill those orders. This interface can be used for a variety of business models such as bakeries or catering.

OTMS Order Status Board for Simphony allows you to easily provide order status information to your customers. Our OSB interface can be configured to send customers  order notifications via SMS or Email and may be used with a display to show currently working orders on a screen in your pickup area.

The OTMS Enterprise Reporting Module provides customers with a foundation for endless possibilities of custom reporting with Simphony. We recently created a few new reports using the module for a customer to get a better look at their OTMS Accounts transactions on Simphony. 

OTMS has developed a new property management system interface for Simphony. The latest addition to our product catalog supports an integration between the Infor PMS and Simphony POS.

OTMS has been working with a number of the leading payment processors to create Android compatible versions of our Simphony POS interfaces. We currently have digital receipts and select casino management system interfaces available on Android devices as we continue to work to build Android compatible versions of PMS and other loyalty interfaces. 

We have begun testing and preparing OTMS interfaces for upgrades to Simphony version 19.7. Thanks to OTMS being a longtime Oracle partner, we are able to access test environments for new Simphony versions prior to their release. This allows us to better prepare for our customers' upgrades and begin testing early on to confirm that there will be no issues with interface compatibility when moving to the latest version of Simphony. 

OTMS Enterprise reports for Simphony is a tool designed to provide Simphony users with a number of reporting options that are unavailable with the base model of Simphony. The report runner allows users to view their available templates and generate reports on demand. Reports can be exported to a number of file formats to keep in your records. Some additional features that you can look forward to in V2 include an automatic report scheduler and more data sources available. 

The Simphony POS system is an ever evolving product with multiple new versions being released every year. Many users keep their systems up to date with the latest and greatest versions, but how does that affect extension applications and other third party systems running on Simphony? 

Cross tab reports are one of many report types that can be generated with the new OTMS Enterprise reporting module. With cross tab reports you can finally slice and dice your data in any way to get a detailed look at your sales.

The OTMS Report Design tool can be used to design custom report templates for the OTMS Enterprise Reporting Module. For customers that use the designer add on, they will access the tool through their Enterprise Reports web application.
