This update elevates your gaming floor by turning the POS terminal into an interactive, guest-focused touchpoint. By leveraging the rear-facing display, your operation can now deliver a more transparent, secure, and personalized checkout experience.

Enhancing the Guest Experience

The new Customer-Facing Display (CFD) integration provides real-time visibility for the player while they check out:

• Proactive Marketing: When not engaged in a transaction, the display showcases promotional messages to non-members, driving new loyalty sign-ups.

• Player Transparency: Once an account is attached, players can monitor their order as it is placed and view their current tier level, comp balances, and available rewards on the rear screen.

• Secure Reward Redemption: Security is paramount in gaming. Our CFD integration adds a new layer of verification by requiring the player to enter their PIN directly on the rear display to approve the use of rewards, putting control firmly in the guest’s hands.

Familiar for Staff, Advanced for Guests

On the POS user side, the core IGT interface remains as efficient as ever. Staff can perform player lookups via manual entry or card swipe, and the POS interface still provides the familiar, streamlined view of available comps and rewards.

The rear display simply acts as a powerful, dedicated guest portal—reducing guest questions, speeding up confirmation, and enhancing overall account security.
