OTMS has designed Android versions of our tried and true Windows interfaces to allow for points redemption, room charging, and digital receipts on these pay at the table devices. The lightweight Android devices serve as a fully functioning POS terminal to allow servers to send orders and close checks tableside. With the addition of OTMS Android interfaces for Simphony these can streamline all of your restaurants processes to provide the best customer experience.

In this demo you can see the workflow of popular OTMS interfaces redesigned for Android devices. Users may send digital receipts by inputting a phone number before closing out the transaction. Menus may be designed to allow for item modifications such as adding or removing pizza toppings. Orders can be reviewed in detail on the device screen. Player lookup for gaming interfaces can be done manually or by card swipe. Player information is displayed on the screen to confirm accuracy before redeeming points or comps. Guest lookup by room number is possible when using a room charge interface such as the OTMS Agilysys Stay API interface. Guest information is displayed on the device when attaching a guest account to a check in order to perform a room inquire or charge.
