OTMS Order Status Board
OTMS Order Status Board for Simphony allows you to easily provide order status information to your customers. Our OSB interface can be configured to send customers order notifications via SMS or Email and may be used with a display to show currently working orders on a screen in your pickup area. The interface uses the Twilio API to enable the SMS capability and works with a standard SMTP email service to send emails when configured to do so. Orders can be moved through the system using KDS or manually bumped on an android tablet, usually by an expo or food runner.
With the OTMS OSB interface we can customize a variety of features to fit your restaurant’s branding. Our displays are visually skinnable with HTML, CSS and Javascript support.
The OTMS Order Status Boards can be configured to include customized logos or symbols with different colors and backgrounds. Displays may include names, order numbers, or both.
OTMS can include unique features on your display such as rotating specials or other animations.
