We have begun testing and preparing OTMS interfaces for upgrades to Simphony version 19.7. Thanks to OTMS being a longtime Oracle partner, we are able to access test environments for new Simphony versions prior to their release. This allows us to better prepare for our customers' upgrades and begin testing early on to confirm that there will be no issues with interface compatibility when moving to the latest version of Simphony. 

Some OTMS interfaces do require updates to avoid gaps in functionality throughout the upgrade process. It is always important to notify support@onthemarksolutions.net at least 2 weeks prior to any scheduled upgrades. 

The following interfaces have been tested and approved for use with Simphony v19.7 on Microsoft Windows based POS terminals
