OTMS has made it possible to add all manner of custom information to a check, and use that to visualize the information on the POS for enhanced functionality like this custom open check SLU. This capability can be used in a variety of ways. In the example above, you see that the checks display the ordering service that they were received from to streamline the pickup process. Other uses may include player tier recognition, displaying VIP or loyalty status, custom sorting, and custom filtering beyond what is supported by Simphony.
