This kiosk package was built to support OTMS interfaces with Oracle's new HTML based kiosks. The software is essentially a "wrapper" for the Simphony kiosk which provides the connection to our interfaces to support the use of digital receipts, order status notifications, player rewards, and room charges. The first release of this package supports the OTMS interfaces to the Aristocrat Casino Management system and the Opera Property Management System. Support for other gaming and property management systems is currently being added.

 

Self serve kiosks are growing in popularity as a way to cut down on labor costs and improve the guest experience. With the ability to send digital receipts and order ready notifications guests can continue shopping, gaming, and relaxing while waiting for their order, knowing that they will be notified as soon as it is ready.
