OTMS Leased Outlet Integration

Katie Tutt | 07 Aug, 2023 |

As the primary provider of casino management interfaces for Oracle Hospitality POS systems, we work with casinos all over the world. OTMS gaming interfaces connect the existing casino management system to Oracle Simphony POS systems. Gaming interfaces allow player club members to easily earn and redeem comps right at the POS station without requiring paper coupons. Since we work with many large casinos/resorts, there are often other restaurants and shops inside of the resort that utilize the same casino management system for promotions and rewards. These restaurants and shops, when on their own Simphony system require their own copy of an OTMS gaming interface to allow their guests to earn and redeem points.

ruth'schrislogoRuth’s Chris Steakhouse is a chain of upscale restaurants found in many resorts and casinos around the world. OTMS has assisted Ruth’s Chris with a variety of Simphony integrations over the years. We recently installed our OTMS Agilysys LMS interface in new locations in North Carolina and Louisiana. We also installed our OTMS Aristocrat nConnect interface in a new Ruth's Chris location at a casino in Michigan. The interface that is needed depends on the systems set in place by the casino or resort, but all accomplish essentially the same goal. The LMS interface allows resort guests to use and earn rewards when dining at the restaurant within the resort. The LMS interface acts as a pass through to the gaming system, while also allowing room charges. The Aristocrat interface allows players club members to use and earn player points when dining at the restaurant within the casino.

These types of projects are common for OTMS, contact sales@onthemarksolutions.net for more information on integrations for leased outlets.
