The OTMS Envoy interface for Simphony connects your Light and Wonder casino management system to your Oracle Simphony POS system. With this interface players can redeem comps and apply discounts right at the POS station with paper comps or player cards. You may know the legacy version of this system as Bally's.

This demo displays how the POS user can easily redeem player rewards and apply discounts using the Envoy tab located on the pay screen. Player lookup is done using a player ID number and information will be displayed with the option to include a player image to confirm it matches the customer. The interface also allows you to save player information to open POS checks to eliminate the need for future lookups.
