The OTMS IGT API Interface for Simphony is an interface used to connect your IGT casino management system to your Oracle Simphony POS system. The OTMS Interface allows for player lookup for comp redemption right on the pay screen of the POS station. By tracking and redeeming comps in real time the interface eliminates the need for paper comps. Player cards are not required for player lookup with this interface as the POS user can confirm the player details as they appear on the screen.
