OTMS developed a custom SIM interface for the Greenbrier Resort

 

The Greenbrier, ‘America’s Resort’, is a luxury resort in the Blue Ridge Mountains of West Virginia. The resort consists of a casino, golf course, spa, restaurant, and many classically decorated guest rooms and suites. OTMS is assisting the Greenbrier with their Simphony integrations in their casino. 

The Greenbrier is now using the OTMS CasinoTrac interface in their casino. The OTMS gaming interfaces connect casino management systems to the Simphony POS system. With OTMS integration POS users can easily look up player information, redeem player points and comps, apply tier-based discounts, and award players additional points for “non-comp spend”. The system works in real time to record redeemed player benefits to improve accuracy and efficiency. 

The Greenbrier is also utilizing the OTMS LinkOpera interface to post CasinoTrac transactions to their Opera PMS system for financial reconciliation.  This interface allows for recording of payments using non Opera tenders to posting accounts in Opera for reporting purposes.

A custom SIM interface was designed for the Greenbrier to automatically apply a percentage fee in the form of a menu item to every check. This fee is applied to the Greenbrier’s Historic Preservation Fund (HPF). The Greenbrier resort is a national historic landmark and it uses this fee to preserve the history of the establishment.
