On the Mark Solutions has designed a custom Simphony interface that is now in use by a large multi-regional casino enterprise. The solution that OTMS developed is based on a new implementation of the OTMS Sim File Service application used for these types of interfaces in RES and 9700.

OTMS recently installed the latest iteration of their enhanced interface to the Maestro PMS system for Simphony at Lone Mountain Ranch. Lone Mountain Ranch is a western resort in Big Sky, Montana. The resort offers vacation packages with activities and dining experiences available to guests

On the Mark Solutions (OTMS) has designed a custom interface  to be used at the California State University Long Beach for employee discounts on their Simphony POS system. The university was looking for a solution that would allow them to easily manage food and beverage discounts for their hundreds of employees receiving meal comps.

We’ve recently been working with a company that operates more than 50 different restaurants with RES systems today.  After starting to investigate configuring a new system they came to OTMS to request some way to export information from the 3700 database to allow them to see what was in use as an alternative to filling out lots of site survey spreadsheets.

Mark Tutt, our President and Chief Software Architect, started On the Mark Solutions in 2004 after 7 years of working at Micros Systems as a Senior Software Engineer. Mark wrote a large portion of the custom solutions that Micros sold during his time there. Prior to his work as a software engineer, Mark worked various jobs in the hospitality industry.

OTMS has assisted Ruth’s Chris with a variety of Simphony integrations over the years. We recently installed our OTMS Agilysys LMS interface in new locations in North Carolina and Louisiana. We also installed our OTMS Aristocrat nConnect interface in a new Ruth's Chris location at a casino in Michigan.

Gaming interfaces for MICROS POS Products have been around since the late 1990s, and back in the ‘old days’ they were generally reliable, somewhat fast, semi-flexible, and indeed quite useful. Today, OTMS offers a new generation of Gaming Interfaces, most using modern API’s provided by the Gaming System, that do not require a service host server at all.

We have updated our OTMS Accounts interface to include new features and enhancements. This video gives you a complete demonstration of the interface showcasing features both new and old.

The OTMS Liquor Dispensing System Interface was one of the first Simphony extensibility products we developed following the Oracle acquisition of Micros.  The interface was necessary for the gaming market as many casino clients use liquor dispensing hardware to help manage liquor costs or to track usage for taxes on comp drinks.

The OTMS Accounts interface for Simphony was designed to provide a fully functional in-house charging program for any business using Oracle Hospitality products. We have used feedback and requests from our current customers to design a new version of this interface, OTMS Accounts V2.
