Vitabyte’s SimGo device, a mobile POS for Oracle Simphony is now available with OTMS interfaces. OTMS has designed Android versions of our tried and true Windows interfaces for use on these all-in-one order and pay at the table devices. OTMS interfaces allow for points redemption and digital receipts making the handheld devices the complete package for tableside loyalty and payment functions.

Oracle’s All-in-one handheld Android devices are now available with OTMS interfaces. OTMS has designed Android versions of our tried and true Windows interfaces to allow for points redemption, room charging, and digital receipts on these pay at the table devices.

The OTMS Checkout Helper is an addition to Oracle’s Simphony Checkout Application offering HTML templating and enhanced functionality for the customer facing kiosk screens. The OTMS Checkout Helper also offers HTML versions of existing OTMS interfaces specifically designed for kiosks.

Oracle’s Simphony Checkout application can be installed on your existing Simphony system allowing extensibility applications such as OTMS gaming, room charge, and digital receipts interfaces to function as usual. By using Simphony Checkout for your kiosk functionality minimal adjustments are required to modify the OTMS interface flow for a customer facing screen.

The OTMS Future Orders Interface for Simphony was developed to improve the out of the box Simphony functionality related to Advanced Orders and Deposits, allowing operators to keep track of and pay for orders that will occur in the future and provide reporting functionality for back of house to fulfill those orders. This interface can be used for a variety of business models such as bakeries or catering.

OTMS Order Status Board for Simphony allows you to easily provide order status information to your customers. Our OSB interface can be configured to send customers  order notifications via SMS or Email and may be used with a display to show currently working orders on a screen in your pickup area.

The OTMS Enterprise Reporting Module provides customers with a foundation for endless possibilities of custom reporting with Simphony. We recently created a few new reports using the module for a customer to get a better look at their OTMS Accounts transactions on Simphony. 

OTMS has developed a new property management system interface for Simphony. The latest addition to our product catalog supports an integration between the Infor PMS and Simphony POS.

Each year around the holidays we do our best to give back to our communities in any way we can. The Tuesday after Thanksgiving is known as “Giving Tuesday” a day where many charities and nonprofits will match donations to increase their impact. We ask each member of our team to select an organization important to them that we can donate to on Giving Tuesday. In 2024 we were able to support 10 different causes that serve groups in need all over the world. 

OTMS has been working with a number of the leading payment processors to create Android compatible versions of our Simphony POS interfaces. We currently have digital receipts and select casino management system interfaces available on Android devices as we continue to work to build Android compatible versions of PMS and other loyalty interfaces.
