OTMS built the interface for the wine club program at Cooper’s Hawk winery


Cooper’s Hawk has one of the largest wine club memberships in the country with members receiving a monthly bottle and many perks in their restaurants with over 45 locations in 9 states. OTMS worked with Cooper’s Hawk to develop the POS integration to their custom loyalty program. The program increases visits to the Cooper’s Hawk restaurants where members can choose to pick up their monthly bottle in person and pay for restaurant meals with their card on file using the “member signature” feature of this program. 

The loyalty program uses a CRM built on Salesforce to store all of the member information allowing for features such as the member signature option that are not available from standard loyalty offerings. Other components of the interface include the ability to notify staff members of member’s birthdays and record when they pick up their monthly wine bottle in the restaurant. OTMS worked closely with Cooper’s Hawk to build the Oracle Hospitality RES POS interface to their specifications.
