This Month at On the Mark Solutions - October 2022

On the Mark Solutions (OTMS) started the month with lots of prep for the Global Gaming Exposition(G2E) out in Las Vegas, NV where we connected with many partners and customers. OTMS was at IGT’s booth showing a demo of the integration that we did for IGT’s new Resort Wallet. We had a great week at G2E connecting with people in the gaming industry and seeing what’s to come in 2023.

Many of our projects going live this month were also within the gaming industry with 3 different casino management interfaces being installed at 4 different casinos. Two of these casinos are now utilizing our Konami interface, one uses an OTMS interface for Bravo, and another operates on IGT. All of the OTMS casino management interfaces accomplish essentially the same goal, facilitating integration between a player management system and Simphony POS. These interfaces provide a variety of features that streamline casino operations. They allow POS users to get information about a player and redeem their gaming system benefits in real time, as well as removing the need for paper comps facilitating a paperless establishment.

OTMS had one custom project go live in October. The custom interface allows casino employees to sign into the POS system with their employee ID cards rather than requiring separate POS employee cards. Versions of this extension are in use for multiple customers, with each project being customized to the company’s needs.
