OTMS developed a custom loyalty system interface for Lindt Chocolatiers
‘Tis the season for chocolate! Lindt Chocolatiers, known for their popular chocolate truffles that can be found at many retail stores, needed a new loyalty system interface to replace a legacy system that was no longer supported by the previous vendor. On the Mark Solutions (OTMS) worked with a new provider, Customer Portfolios, to develop the API that allowed OTMS to develop a replacement interface that provided the same operator experience as the previous version. The interface also works with Givex providing purchase tracking and other functionality, so it targets multiple back end systems to provide the functionality Lindt required.
The new interface allows customers to forgo a physical loyalty card and use other lookup options for operators to connect their loyalty account to purchases at their locations anywhere in the world. Now Lindt customers can earn rewards with every purchase even if they forget their card.
